Petsky Prunier Advises Medical Knowledge Group on its Majority Recapitalization by MTS Health Investors

Medical Knowledge Group's existing senior management team will maintain a significant minority ownership position and has partnered with MTS to recapitalize the business and to obtain additional capital to support future growth. Medical Knowledge Group was previously a portfolio company of private equity firm, CIVC Partners.
